Westgate Branson Woods boasts a wide variety of flexible meeting and banquet space – making it the ideal locale for board retreats, meetings and conferences. Currently we offer several types of meeting areas that can accommodate small or large groups. Some spaces are restricted by the hours of use.

Ideally located adjacent to the Indoor Pool, Clubhouse and Small Pavilion, the Large Indoor Pavilion is fully enclosed with heat and air conditioning. The Large Indoor Pavilion is well lit and features a stage, bar area and two restrooms.
6,250 Square Feet. Seating Capacities: Picnic tables seat 350 people
Located adjacent to guestrooms, the Hospitality Suite features a fully equipped kitchen, TV and two restrooms (one is wheelchair accessible). 1,256 Square Feet .
Seating Capacities: Theater – 60, Class room – 40, Conference – 40, Banquet – 35, U-Shape – 25
Adjacent to the outdoor pool, campfire area and children’s play area, the Small Outdoor Pavilion is well lit and features two gas grills. 1,200 Square Feet . Seating Capacities: Picnic Tables seat 65 people.
Only available after 12 PM, the Vista Room features a fully equipped kitchen, roundtables and a restroom.
